We are experienced traffic engineers who can provide a series of traffic related services to facilitate the need of any roadwork contract. The range of our services covers from gathering traffic data to implementing and maintaining Temporary Traffic Management Scheme (TTMS) on site.

本公司由一班經驗豐富的交通工程師組成，能夠為貴公司提供一系列與交通改道相關之服務，以解?道路工程上之需要及困難。服務範圍非常廣泛，由交通流量統計至實施及保養臨時交通管理安排一應俱全。

	with data collected, develop the most suitable and economical solution to allow implementation of roadwork that can minimize traffic impacts on the public 根據所收集之交通數據，並考慮道路工程期間對公眾造成之交通影響，擬定出最全面並配合成本效益之臨時交通方案。
	our intensive experience allow us to liaise with Transport Department (TD) and Hong Kong Police (RMO) and other parties in an effective and efficient manner in order to shorten the time required to obtain approval on TTMS 豐富的經驗讓我們有效及快捷地聯絡各有關政府部門包括運輸署及警務署交通部等，盡量縮短申請臨時交通管理安排的審批時間。
	Obtain gazette and traffic advice from TD and attend RMO interview to get roadwork advice 統籌由運輸署簽發之憲報及交通通告，並約見警務署交通部申請有關文件。
	provide material and labour to implement endorsed TTMS on site and maintain proper TTMS until completion of roadwork; assist in public notification of anticipated TTMS implementation to relieve public concerns 為臨時交通管理安排提供一切所需物資及人手、全面負責道路工程現場之實施工作，及工程完成前改道措施之保養工作。並協助發出通告解釋工程現況以減輕公眾的疑慮。
	Create New plan and submit to Highways Department XPMS for approval, Preparationand modifications Permit Period Assessment (PPA) from XPMS, Submit relevantdocument to relevant authorities (Transport Department, Hong Kong Police, etc)for comment/approval,Case coordination for XP application, Undertakecase coordination works with underground utility undertakers, ApplyAN & CN submission from Highways Department XPMS. 建立新的挖掘許可證計劃並提交給路政署審批，編制和修改許可期限評估，提交有關文件向有關當局（運輸署，香港警務處等）發表評論/批准，挖掘許可證案件協調程序，與公用事業機構進行協調，提交開工及完工通知給予路政署。
